There are crafts, food and treats from around Europe.The City Hall itself is now open to the public after a massive £11million refurbishment project. Free public tours of this Edwardian masterpiece are available from Monday to Friday 11am,2pm & 3pm. Saturdays at 2pm & 3pm.
